SPRING 2025 SCHOLARSHIPS & GRANTS
- JEFFREY GROVE, DO, LGBTQ+PRIDE SCHOLARSHIP recognizes an Osteopathic medical student committed to a course of study to better understand and address the unique healthcare needs of LGBTQ+ communities and how such needs can be addressed through Osteopathic medicine. Pride Scholars recognize LGBTQ+ identity, affirm equal rights for all, and celebrate the dignity and diversity of everyone in LGBTQ+ and other marginalized communities.
- KARENJ. NICHOLS, DO, LEAD SCHOLARSHIP is awarded annually to recognize an Osteopathic medical student whose Leadership, Excellence, Achievement, and Dedication are proven in the classroom and community.
- WILLIAM G ANDERSON, DO, SCHOLARSHIP recognizes outstanding minority medical students who are on their way to becoming tomorrow’s Osteopathic physicians, committed to the pursuit of eliminating health care disparities and to enhance patient-centered care.
- ROCOVICH RESEARCH GRANT is given annually to recognize an Osteopathic medical student, resident, or physician who is advancing the profession by contributing to scholarly work through research and publication on the biomechanical, biomedical, or clinical aspects of Osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT).

NOTE: Students may apply for multiple scholarships or grants in one cycle; however only one financial award is offered per person annually. If an individual is selected as the top scorer for two scholarships or grants, the greater of the two will be given.
